CHAPTER 427. TEXAS ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTE

The commission and the department may accept and administer gifts and grants to fund the institute from any individual, corporation, trust, or foundation or the United States, subject to limitations or conditions imposed by law.
