SUBCHAPTER A. UNPACKAGED FOODS

(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally sells unpackaged food in a manner that does not comply with Section 438.003 or a rule adopted under Section 438.004.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
