CHAPTER 442A. PRESCRIPTION DRUG SAFE DISPOSAL PILOT PROGRAM
SUBCHAPTER B. PHARMACY PARTICIPATION

(a) The board shall designate each pharmacy participating in the pilot program as a Texas premier pharmacy provider committed to safe prescription drug disposal.

(b) A participating pharmacy may use the designation for marketing purposes.
