(a) An outpatient chemical dependency treatment program provided by a treatment facility licensed under Chapter 464 may provide services under the program to adult and adolescent clients, consistent with commission rule, using telecommunications or information technology.
(b) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules to implement this section.
