CHAPTER 769. SEXUALLY ORIENTED PERFORMANCES

In this chapter:

(1) "Premises" has the meaning assigned by Section 46.03, Penal Code.

(2) "Sexually oriented performance" has the meaning assigned by Section 43.28, Penal Code.
