Tex. Health and Safety Code § 775.301: DEFINITION.

Where this section sits in the code

In this subchapter, "commissioners court" means the commissioners court of a county that:

(1) borders the United Mexican States;

(2) contains a municipality with a population of more than 500,000; and

(3) appoints a board of emergency services commissioners under this chapter.
