CHAPTER 811. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN FACILITIES TO PREVENT PHYSICAL OR SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN

This chapter applies only to the following governmental entities:

(1) the commission;

(2) the department;

(3) a county; and

(4) a municipality.
