- SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a) The council may receive gifts and grants from any public or private source to perform its duties under this chapter. The department shall accept the gifts on behalf of the council.
(b) The department may retain five percent of any monetary gifts accepted on behalf of the council to cover its costs in administering this section.
