SUBCHAPTER B. POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT AND EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER

The executive commissioner shall adopt rules governing the functions of the department under this chapter, including rules that prescribe the policies and procedures followed by the department in the administration of any local services programs, employment programs for the aged, volunteer programs for the aged, or other programs.
