CHAPTER 22. GENERAL FUNCTIONS RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES

The commission and the department shall:

(1) ensure that errors attributed to client fraud are appropriate; and

(2) take immediate and appropriate action to limit any client fraud that occurs.
