- CHAPTER 23. SUSPENSION OF DRIVER'S OR RECREATIONAL LICENSE FOR FAILURE TO REIMBURSE COMMISSION
A licensing authority may charge a fee to a person who is the subject of an order suspending a license in an amount sufficient to recover the administrative costs incurred by the authority under this chapter.
