SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

The executive director shall prepare a biennial budget of all funds necessary to be appropriated by the legislature to the department to carry out the purposes of this subtitle. The budget shall be submitted and filed by the executive director in the form and manner and within the time prescribed by law.
