SUBCHAPTER B. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

Notwithstanding any other law and subject to Sections 540.0502, 540.0701, and 540.0753, Government Code, the commission shall provide medical assistance for acute care services through the Medicaid managed care system implemented under Chapters 540 and 540A, Government Code, or another Medicaid capitated managed care program.
