CHAPTER 43. REGULATION OF CHILD-CARE AND CHILD-PLACING AGENCY ADMINISTRATORS

The executive commissioner by rule may set and the department may collect fees for administering an examination and issuing an initial license, renewal license, or provisional license in amounts necessary to cover the costs of administering this chapter.
