SUBCHAPTER B. DESIGNATION OF BENEFICIARY OR OWNER OF LIFE INSURANCE POLICY; INSURABLE INTEREST

This subchapter applies only to a life insurance policy issued by:

(1) a legal reserve life insurance company; or

(2) a mutual assessment life insurance company.
