SUBCHAPTER B. COMPUTATION OF MINIMUM NONFORFEITURE AMOUNT

The minimum value under Subchapter C of a paid-up annuity, cash surrender, or death benefit shall be computed on the basis of the minimum nonforfeiture amount prescribed by this subchapter.
