SUBCHAPTER I. GROUP LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES ISSUED TO PRINCIPALS: ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Agents who are under contract to provide personal services for the principal for a commission or other fixed or ascertainable compensation, or any class or classes of those agents determined by conditions relating to the services the agents provide to the principal, are eligible for insurance under the policy.
