SUBCHAPTER O. GROUP LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES ISSUED TO OTHER GROUPS: ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

The premium for the policy must be paid from:

(1) the policyholder's funds;

(2) funds contributed by the insureds; or

(3) both the policyholder's funds and funds contributed by the insureds.
