SUBCHAPTER Q. EXTENSION OF GROUP LIFE INSURANCE TO SPOUSES AND CHILDREN

The premium for group life insurance extended to cover a spouse or child may be paid by:

(1) the group policyholder;

(2) the insured under the policy; or

(3) the group policyholder and the insured jointly.
