SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

(a) Except as provided by other law, this chapter controls the form and content of an industrial life insurance policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state by an insurance company.

(b) This chapter does not control an industrial life insurance policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state by an association described by Section 1151.004.
