SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The commissioner may adopt rules that are fair, reasonable, and appropriate to augment and implement this chapter, including rules establishing requirements for:

(1) agent licensing;

(2) standard policy provisions; and

(3) disclosure.
