Tex. Insurance Code § 1153.006: FILING FEE.

(a) The department shall set and collect a fee for a form or schedule filed under this chapter in an amount not to exceed $200.

(b) Fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the Texas Department of Insurance operating account.
