- SUBCHAPTER O. ENFORCEMENT
A person, partnership, or corporation that wilfully violates this chapter or an order of the commissioner made under this chapter is liable to the state for a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $5,000 for each violation. The penalty may be recovered through a civil action.
