An individual or group accident and health insurance policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state, including a policy issued by a group hospital service corporation operating under Chapter 842, may not include a provision that excludes or limits the insurer's or group hospital service corporation's coverage from paying benefits covered by Chapter 32, Human Resources Code.
