SUBCHAPTER G. CONTINUATION OF GROUP COVERAGE FOR CERTAIN FAMILY MEMBERS AND DEPENDENTS

An individual who exercises the option to continue group coverage under this subchapter may not be required to take and pass a physical examination as a condition to continuing coverage.
