SUBCHAPTER G. CONTINUATION OF GROUP COVERAGE FOR CERTAIN FAMILY MEMBERS AND DEPENDENTS

Except as provided by Section 1551.064, the premium for continuation of a spouse or dependent on the group health insurance policy or contract may not be more than the premium charged under the group policy or contract for the individual had the family relationship not been severed.
