SUBCHAPTER G. CONTINUATION OF GROUP COVERAGE FOR CERTAIN FAMILY MEMBERS AND DEPENDENTS

Except as provided by Section 1551.064, at the time a health insurance policy or contract is issued, the group policyholder or contract holder shall give written notice to each group member and each dependent of a group member covered by the policy or contract of the continuation option under this subchapter.
