SUBCHAPTER H. BLANKET ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE: ELIGIBLE POLICYHOLDERS

(a) A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to an employer to cover any group of employees, dependents, or guests defined by reference to specified hazards incident to an activity or operation of the employer.

(b) The employer is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
