SUBCHAPTER H. BLANKET ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE: ELIGIBLE POLICYHOLDERS

(a) A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to a sports team or camp or the sponsor of a sports team or camp to cover members, campers, employees, officials, or supervisors.

(b) The sports team, camp, or sponsor is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
