SUBCHAPTER B. CONTINUATION OF GROUP ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES DURING LABOR DISPUTE

This subchapter applies to a group accident and health insurance policy that is delivered or issued for delivery in this state and as to which any part of the premium is paid or is to be paid by an employer under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
