  5. SUBCHAPTER B. CONTENTS OF EVIDENCE OF COVERAGE

An evidence of coverage may not contain a provision or statement that:

(1) is unjust, unfair, inequitable, misleading, or deceptive;

(2) encourages misrepresentation; or

(3) is untrue, misleading, or deceptive within the meaning of Section 843.204.
