SUBCHAPTER E. CHOICE OF PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN FOR CERTAIN ENROLLEES

If a health maintenance organization denies a request under Section 1271.201, the enrollee may appeal the decision through the health maintenance organization's established complaint and appeals process.
