  5. SUBCHAPTER D. RESERVE REQUIREMENTS

A delegated network that assumes under a delegation agreement both medical care and hospital or institutional services shall maintain reserves adequate to cover the liabilities and risks associated with medical care or hospital or institutional services, whichever category of services is allocated the largest portion of the premium by the health maintenance organization.
