SUBCHAPTER F. ACCESS TO OBSTETRICAL OR GYNECOLOGICAL CARE

To ensure access to services that are within the scope of the professional specialty practice of a properly credentialed obstetrician or gynecologist, a health benefit plan shall include in the classification of persons authorized to provide medical services under the plan a sufficient number of properly credentialed obstetricians and gynecologists.
