SUBCHAPTER G. REINSURANCE FOR SMALL EMPLOYER HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS

A small employer health benefit plan issuer may terminate reinsurance with the system for one or more reinsured employees or dependents of employees of a small employer on a contract anniversary of the small employer health benefit plan.
