SUBCHAPTER A. CONSUMER CHOICE OF BENEFITS HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS

A health carrier that offers one or more standard health benefit plans under this subchapter must also offer at least one accident or sickness insurance policy that provides state-mandated health benefits and is otherwise authorized by this code.
