SUBCHAPTER B. CONSUMER CHOICE OF BENEFITS HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION PLANS

A health maintenance organization that offers one or more standard health benefit plans under this subchapter must also offer at least one evidence of coverage that provides state-mandated health benefits and is otherwise authorized by this code.
