SUBCHAPTER C. PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CASUALTY INSURANCE AND FIDELITY, GUARANTY, AND SURETY BONDS

In this subchapter:

(1) "Insurance" includes a suretyship.

(2) "Insurer" means an insurance company or other legal entity described by Sections 1806.102(a) and (b).

(3) "Policy" includes a bond.
