CHAPTER 1902. CERTAIN LIABILITY COVERAGE FOR PHYSICIANS AND HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

A physician or health care provider is considered a vendor for purposes of coverage under a vendor's endorsement or a manufacturer's general liability or products liability policy.
