SUBCHAPTER A. APPLICABILITY AND CONSTRUCTION

In this chapter, "insurance company" means a stock company, mutual insurance company, reciprocal or interinsurance exchange, or Lloyd's plan authorized to engage in the business of workers' compensation insurance in this state.
