SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(a) The board shall hold a meeting at least once each calendar quarter, at other times at the call of the presiding officer, and at times established by the company's bylaws.

(b) A special meeting may be called by any two board members on two days' notice.
