Tex. Insurance Code § 2054.061: COMPENSATION.

Where this section sits in the code

A board member is entitled to receive:

(1) fees for service on the board commensurate with industry standards; and

(2) actual and necessary travel expenses and any other expense incurred in performing the member's duties.
