SUBCHAPTER J. CONTROL OF FRAUD AND OTHER VIOLATIONS

The company, the board, and company employees are not liable in a civil action for an action taken in good faith in executing a duty under this subchapter, including identifying or referring a person for investigation of or prosecution for a possible administrative violation or criminal offense.
