The company may make and enforce requirements for the prevention of injuries to an employee of a policyholder or applicant for insurance under this chapter. On reasonable notice, a policyholder or applicant shall grant representatives of the company or the department free access to the premises of the policyholder or applicant during regular working hours for purposes of this section.
