SUBCHAPTER D. PLAN OF OPERATION

If the commissioner at any time believes that any part of the plan of operation is inconsistent with the purposes of Chapter 601, Transportation Code, the commissioner shall notify the governing committee in writing so that the governing committee may take corrective action.
