CHAPTER 2151. TEXAS AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE PLAN ASSOCIATION
SUBCHAPTER E. RATES FOR INSURANCE; HEARING

(a) The association shall file with the department rates to be charged for insurance provided through the association for approval by the commissioner.

(b) The association may not file rates under this section more than once in any 12-month period.
