SUBCHAPTER E. RATES FOR INSURANCE; HEARING

The association may file with the commissioner an amended filing to comply with the commissioner's comments not later than the 10th day after the date the association receives the commissioner's written disapproval under Section 2151.2023 or 2151.207.
