SUBCHAPTER E. RATES FOR INSURANCE; HEARING

(a) A person aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner under this subchapter may appeal the decision not later than the 30th day after the date of the decision.

(b) An appeal of a commissioner's decision under this subchapter must be made in accordance with Subchapter D, Chapter 36.
