SUBCHAPTER B. AUTHORITY TO ACT AS JOINT UNDERWRITING ASSOCIATION

The commissioner may waive any requirement for a certificate of authority for an applicant who holds a certificate of authority from another state if the other state has requirements for a certificate of authority that are substantially equivalent to the requirements of this state.
