SUBCHAPTER D. AUDIT AND EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS

An independent certified public accountant shall annually audit the books of accounts of a joint underwriting association as provided by Subchapter A, Chapter 401. A copy of the audit must be filed with the commissioner.
